Brady at 35 weeks

I had an ultrasound this week and Brady seems to be doing well. He weighs 6 lbs 10 oz. We are getting anxious and ready for him to be here. I am hoping that he decides to come a little earlier then February 3.

Happy New Year's 2010

We had a very uneventful New Year's Eve with dinner at O'Charley's and then back home for a movie and some relaxation. On New Year's Day we went shopping and Joe got a new toy, his Stoeger Shot Gun. We hope everyone has a healthy and happy 2010. We look forward to bringing Brady home sometime within the next 3 weeks and the many adventures of becoming new parents.

Baby Shower

We also had a baby shower on December 26 when we were visiting in NC for the holidays, given by some of my aunts. Brady got lots of exciting things including some really cute clothes and some much needed diapers. Everyone is so excited to meet him especially his mom and dad!!

Christmas 2009

We had a very exciting but hectic Christmas this year. Joe and I exchanged gifts at our house on Dec. 23 before we headed home to NC. On Christmas Eve we visited with the The Galloway side of the family and had dinner at SageBrush and then opened presents with the Hudson side that night. Christmas morning we went over to spend some time with the Kielsons and the Wines' for breakfast and then celebrated with the Youngs that evening. Our last gathering was with the extended Hudson family in Morganton the day after Christmas. We are very blessed to have such a wonderful and caring extended family.

We would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy 2010. We are very grateful to get to spend the holidays with all of our family and we are looking forward to the arrival of Brady sometime in January.
