Fun in the Sun

This past weekend we headed to Myrtle Beach for a little fun in the sun! I had a meeting Friday morning for a few hours and then we headed out on the beach. Brady had a lot of fun playing in the sand and swimming in the pool. He was not a huge fan of the ocean, but enjoyed running around in the sand. Our room was on the 17th floor and Brady had a blast walking out on the balcony and looking at the beach.

This past weekend we celebrated my father-in-law's 80th birthday! All of his kids came down to SC to celebrate for the day. We had a nice cook out and enjoyed catching up with one another. Since we are spread out amongst 3 states now, we don't all get together as often as we would like. I am so blessed to have married into such a beautiful family!

Tomorrow Joe and I celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. It is hard to believe that it has already been 5 years since we said "I Do!" We have made some great memories over the past years and look forward to many more in the future! I love you Joe, you are my everything!!!

At 16 months old we decided to take Brady for his first hair cut last Friday and he wasn't a happy camper. A new kids place called Snip-Its opened a few months back so we had already planned a visit after vacation. He looks like a big boy now with his new do!
