Baby Brady

I've finally made it to the third trimester and only 12 weeks (or less) to go. We have definately decided to name the boy Brady, but we aren't settled on his middle name yet.

I had an ultrasound today to see how big our little guy is getting and he weighed in at a whopping 3 lbs 6 oz. He is in the 78th percentile and is measuring at about 30 weeks gestation instead of our actual 28 weeks.

It is so neat to be able to see the faces in 4d. Brady has obviously found his nose, as you can see from the pictures. Most of the time during our ultrasound today he had his hand right up beside it.

27 Weeks

I had my 27 week appointment this week and everything seems to be going well. However, the doctor says I am measuring 30 weeks. I am not sure what this means other then there is a big baby boy in my future, and possible a c-section. We will have another ultrasound in about a week to see just how big the little one is. On a positive note I passed my gestational diabetes test, woo hoo!

25 Weeks

My belly is rapidly growing these days. I guess I am just amazed to see it changing from week to week, and feel him kicking inside of me. At my 24 week appointment my doctor said that I was measuring three weeks early. They didn't change my due date but I think they will definately be monitoring his growth and size from here on out.

We have been working on putting the baby furniture together and the room has been painted. Hopefully I will have pics to post soon of his nursery.

Family Vehicle

We finally came to the realization that we needed a larger more family oriented vehicle, with the little guy coming early next year. We decided to trade Joe's truck in for a Toyota Rav4. We love it. Its more roomy but still gets decent gas mileage.
